Welcome to AppDadz. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our app testing platform, available on iOS and our website (appdadz.com) (“Platform”). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, uploading apps, providing feedback, or otherwise using the Platform, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and agree to comply with these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Description of Services
AppDadz connects app developers with testers to facilitate app testing. Developers can upload apps for testing, and testers provide feedback on bugs, usability, and performance. The Platform offers free and premium features, including real-time testing, feedback translation, and design resources.
3. User Responsibilities
As a user, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
- Not upload malicious, illegal, or harmful apps or content.
- Provide honest and constructive feedback if acting as a tester.
- Not misuse the Platform, including attempting to hack, disrupt, or reverse-engineer it.
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including intellectual property and privacy laws.
4. Account and Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify us immediately at testerpro.contact@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access. We are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account.
5. Payments and Credits
The Platform uses a credit system for certain features (e.g., app uploads):
- Free Credits: Earn credits by testing apps or referring friends.
- Premium Features: Purchase credits or subscribe to premium plans for faster uploads, private testing, or advanced analytics.
- Refunds: Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Contact us for refund requests.
6. Intellectual Property
- Your Content: You retain ownership of apps, metadata, and feedback you upload. By uploading, you grant AppDadz a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content solely for providing and improving the Platform.
- Our Content: The Platform, including its design, code, and resources (e.g., screenshot templates), is owned by AppDadz and protected by copyright and other laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the Platform. You may terminate your account by contacting us at testerpro.contact@gmail.com. Upon termination, your access to the Platform will cease, and we may delete your data, subject to our Privacy Policy.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AppDadz is not liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
- Issues caused by apps uploaded by developers or feedback provided by testers.
- Service interruptions, data loss, or security breaches beyond our reasonable control.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold AppDadz harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India. You agree to attempt informal resolution by contacting us before pursuing legal action.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. We will notify you via email or in-app notification at least 7 days before significant changes take effect. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
