This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which you may request a refund for payments made for premium features, credits, or subscriptions. 1. Eligibility for Refunds
We offer refunds under the following circumstances, provided the request is made within 14 days of the purchase date:
- Non-Delivery of Services: If you purchased credits or a premium subscription and did not receive the promised services (e.g., access to testers, feedback reports) due to a fault on our part.
- Production Access Guarantee: If you purchased premium features to achieve app store production access and we failed to deliver the required number of testers within the promised timeframe (e.g., 12 testers in 24 hours), as stated in our FAQ.
- Technical Issues: If you experienced persistent technical issues with the Platform that prevented you from using paid features, and we were unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable time.
2. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- User Error: If the issue arises from incorrect app uploads, incomplete metadata, or failure to follow Platform guidelines.
- Free Credits: Credits earned through testing apps or referrals are non-refundable, as they are provided at no cost.
- Violation of Terms: If your account is suspended or terminated due to violations of our Terms and Conditions, including uploading malicious or illegal content.
- Change of Mind: Refunds are not available for purchases where you simply change your mind or no longer wish to use the Platform, unless required by applicable law.
3. Refund Process
To request a refund, follow these steps:

- We will review your request within 7 business days and notify you of the outcome.
- If approved, refunds will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
4. Apple App Store Purchases
For purchases made through the Apple App Store (e.g., in-app purchases or subscriptions):
- Refunds are subject to Apple’s refund policies. You must request a refund directly through the App Store or contact Apple Support.
- We may assist with refund requests by verifying eligibility, but the final decision rests with Apple.
5. Money-Back Guarantee
As stated in our FAQ, we offer a money-back guarantee if production access is not achieved for apps uploaded using paid features, subject to the following:
- You must have followed all Platform guidelines for app uploads and testing.
- The guarantee applies only to premium features purchased specifically for production access (e.g., priority tester allocation).
- Requests must be submitted within 14 days of the purchase date.
6. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. We will notify you via email or in-app notification at least 7 days before significant changes take effect. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
