Refund Policy - AppDadz

This Refund Policy explains when payments made for AppDadz testing services may be eligible for a refund. AppDadz supports Android app testing and Google Play production access requirements.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if AppDadz does not provide the paid testing service you purchased due to an issue on our side.
- If paid tester allocation was not started or delivered as promised.
- If a technical issue caused by AppDadz prevented use of the paid service and could not be resolved in a reasonable time.
- If a written service guarantee shown at the time of purchase was not met.
2. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds are not available in the following cases:
- Incorrect app upload, wrong package name, missing tester access, or incomplete Play Console setup by the user.
- Apps that crash, are unavailable by country or device, require unsupported SDK/ABI changes, or otherwise cannot be tested until the user fixes them.
- Accounts or apps that violate AppDadz rules or Google Play policies.
- Change of mind after testing work has started.
- Free credits, free testing, promotional credits, or referral credits.
3. Refund Process
To request a refund, email testerpro.contact@gmail.com with your account details, payment receipt or order ID, app name, and a short explanation of the issue.
We will review the request and reply by email. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method when possible. Processing time may depend on the payment provider.
4. Production Access Results
AppDadz helps you meet Google Play testing requirements, but final production access decisions are made by Google Play. A rejection from Google Play is not automatically refundable if AppDadz delivered the paid testing service.
5. Changes to This Policy
This Refund Policy may be updated when AppDadz services, payment flow, or legal requirements change. The updated version will be posted on this page.
