Welcome to AppDadz, a platform for selling and purchasing digital products, including apps and templates. By using our platform, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
Platform Overview
AppDadz is a marketplace for digital products such as apps and templates. Sellers can upload their products for sale, and buyers can purchase them through in-app purchases or third-party payment gateways for official partners.
personSeller Responsibilities
Sellers must adhere to the following guidelines to maintain a fair and secure marketplace:
Upload valid, functional, and original digital products (apps or templates) that comply with AppDadz and Google Play Console standards.
Ensure you have full rights to sell the uploaded product. Do not upload pirated, stolen, or unauthorized content.
Deliver the source code or files to buyers promptly after payment confirmation.
Provide accurate product descriptions, including features, requirements, and usage instructions.
Respond to buyer inquiries and support requests within 48 hours.
paymentPayment Methods
AppDadz supports multiple payment options for flexibility and convenience:
• In-App Purchases: Official partners use in-app purchases via Google’s payment system for seamless transactions within the AppDadz app.
• Third-Party Payment Gateways: Non-official partners can join the third-party program and use their preferred payment gateways (e.g., PayPal, Stripe). Sellers must provide a valid payment gateway link, ensure secure and transparent payment processing, and deliver the product only after payment is confirmed.
• Payment Disputes: Buyers can contact AppDadz support for issues with in-app purchases. For third-party payments, disputes must be resolved directly with the seller.
verifiedProduct Verification and Listing
AppDadz ensures a high-quality marketplace through product verification:
All uploaded products are reviewed for functionality, originality, and compliance with platform standards.
Approved products are listed on the platform for buyers to purchase.
Products failing verification (e.g., non-functional, pirated, or misleading) will not be listed, and sellers will be notified with reasons.
Sellers must update products to fix reported issues or meet new platform requirements.
warningRule Violations and Bans
Violations of AppDadz rules may result in warnings, suspensions, or permanent bans:
Prohibited Actions: Uploading pirated, stolen, or non-original content; failing to deliver products after receiving payment; providing misleading or false product descriptions; using fake accounts, bots, or automated systems; engaging in fraudulent payment practices.
Consequences: First violation results in a warning; second violation leads to a temporary suspension (7–30 days); third or severe violation results in a permanent ban.
Appeals: Sellers can appeal bans by contacting support within 7 days, providing evidence to dispute the violation.
